At Boundary Line Outfitters, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Your payment secures your hunt, ensures proper scheduling of guides, and allows us to prepare equipment and locations to provide the best hunting experience possible.
Exceptions for Rescheduling:
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life can bring unexpected events. We will accommodate date changes under the following circumstances:

Grave illness of the client or an immediate family member.

Family emergency.

Severe weather conditions, including blizzards, that make hunting unsafe or impractical.

To be eligible for a reschedule, notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled hunt. Requests made within less than 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability.

How Rescheduling Works:

Rescheduled hunts are subject to guide availability and may be limited by seasonal constraints.

All efforts will be made to find a mutually agreeable alternative date to ensure a safe and enjoyable hunting experience.
